Just a short 60 miles from Lake Eufaula, and connected by the same river, lies Lake Seminole. Hunter was able to grab a Top 40 finish at Eufaula, placing 38th. Essentially fishing the same waters, perhaps a similar strategy will work.
John Hunter, along with the rest of the FLW tour anglers, took off from Bainbridge, GA this morning at 6:30 AM. Although it may have been dark at takeoff, the sun would surely be high in the sky by the time they reached the main lake.
Here are the conditions for Day One on Lake Seminole:
Sun Rise: 6:41 AM
Water Temperature: 85 degrees
Air Temperature (at launch): 67 degrees
Forecast High Temperature: 92 degrees
Weather Forecast: Warm with NW wind of 10 MPH
John will look to break into the Top 100 of the group, as he has not placed better than 152 amongs the professionals in the Rayovac FLW Series tournaments thus far in his young career.
All anglers will compete on Day 1 and 2. After combining the weights from the first two days, only the top 10 anglers will advance to compete on the final day.
